🧴 Breast Cream: Apply the cream twice a day, morning and evening, on the breasts. Stand up and gently massage to ensure the cream's absorption in the breast and finish with upward circular motions and in a figure eight around the breasts. Consistency in care yields an ideal result.

🧴 Thigh Cream: Apply the cream twice a day on clean and dry skin then massage the thighs strongly until the skin fully absorbs the product. To increase effectiveness, finish the application with 'press and twist' massages (press on the skin between your thumbs and forefingers, lift the skin, and twist) to achieve more elasticity and firmness in the targeted areas.
