How to use the cream:

  1. Application: apply 1 to 2 pumps of cream daily, morning and evening, to each breast.
  2. Massage: massage the cream in with circular movements (clockwise for the right breast and anticlockwise for the left breast).
  3. Spreading: continue massaging with upward movements, extending from the bust up to your neck until the cream is fully absorbed.
  4. Getting dressed: thanks to the non-sticky formula, you can get dressed straight after applying.

How to use the serum:

  1. Application: apply 3 to 4 drops of serum daily, morning and evening, to each breast.
  2. Massage: massage in with a circular movement (clockwise for the right breast and anticlockwise for the left breast).
