At Passionea, your satisfaction is our priority. That is why we let you return products within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in their original condition.

Do not send products in a way that could expose them to damage during transport.

Keep your order number and tracking number to make the return easier to process.

The shipping cost paid at the time of the order does not cover return fees (unless otherwise stated).
🔁 How to return an item:
Contact our customer service by email or WhatsApp to confirm your return request and obtain the return address.
Once we have received the returned products and checked their condition, we refund you within 2 to 14 working days.
