Saturdays, Sundays, holidays and official holidays are off for shipping companies.

We ship your order by selecting the appropriate shipping company for your region and address upon completion of the order. The order will be delivered to the shipping company as quickly as possible, and the customer will be provided with a tracking number.

⏱ Expected delivery times:

*The expected arrival is determined by the logistics company and the store is not responsible for any delays in delivering shipments.

Once the order is shipped, we will send the shipment details via email, and the shipping company will send a text message to your mobile phone containing the shipping policy number (example: 34567890) to track the shipment status.

• Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable. If the customer does not receive the shipment and it is returned to the store's warehouse, a new shipment must be requested. The process may take 4 to 7 business days for the shipment to be received by the shipping company, and 2 to 7 business days for the shipment to be reshipped.

We also ship to most European countries directly from France.
