Shipping policy

We guarantee the complete confidentiality of all your purchases. Orders are packaged with the utmost care, so as to be unrecognizable from the outside. No one but you will know the contents of the parcel.
We work with the international carrier DHL to ensure your orders are delivered safely and as quickly as possible. Your order ships directly from France via DHL, with tracking available at any time.
Carriers' business days are Monday to Friday. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are non-working days.

As soon as your order ships, we send the details by email, and the carrier sends an SMS with the tracking number.
💳 Shipping fees — Gulf & Middle East
- Orders under 450 SAR: flat shipping fee of 99 SAR.
- Orders of 450 SAR or more: free shipping.
🇪🇺 Shipping to Europe
- Orders under 400 SAR (about €100): shipping calculated automatically at checkout, varying by country.
- Orders over 400 SAR: free shipping.
No customs duties on orders within the European Union.
🌍 International shipping (rest of the world)
- Orders under 400 SAR (about $106): shipping fee of 124 SAR (about $33).
- Orders over 400 SAR: free shipping.
💼 Important notes
- Shipping fees are non-refundable if the customer does not receive the parcel and it is returned to the warehouse; a new shipment must then be requested. It may take 4 to 7 business days to retrieve the parcel, and 2 to 7 days to reship it.
- The tracking number is sent by email after shipping.
- Shipping is done via DHL or other logistics partners depending on the country.
