2. Once the wax is liquid, blow out the flame and wait a few minutes for it to cool slightly. The wax should feel comfortable on the skin and must not burn.

3. You can now gently pour the melted wax onto the skin or onto the areas of the body you want to massage. Use your hands or massage tools to rub the wax softly into the body, with circular or straight movements as you prefer.

4. The candle usually contains moisturising ingredients and natural oils that the skin absorbs during the massage. This helps to hydrate and soften the skin and provides a soothing effect.

5. When the session is over, let the candle cool down again and keep it for next time, or close it tightly for storage.

It is important to check that the temperature of the wax feels comfortable on the skin and that it contains no ingredient that could irritate it before using it for a massage session. It is also best to test it on a small area of skin to make sure there is no adverse reaction.
